FAQs

Insulation questions, answered

Which insulation is right for my home?

It depends on your property, its age, construction and where heat is being lost. Our free survey identifies the most effective measures, whether that is loft, cavity wall, internal wall, flat roof, room in roof or under floor insulation.

How much could insulation save me?

Savings vary by measure and property, but insulation is one of the most cost effective upgrades available, reducing heat loss by up to around 25% and cutting your heating bills year after year.

Is the work disruptive?

Most insulation measures are quick and minimally disruptive, many can be completed in a day or two by our accredited team, with little mess and no fuss.

Are you accredited to install it?

Yes. We are TrustMark registered, and we hold PAS 2030:2023 certification for flat roof insulation (measure B5), the standard funded retrofit programmes require for that measure. Every job is handed over with a certificate and an Insurance Backed Guarantee issued by Energy Giants.
