Paid to you by bank transfer once your friend’s installation is complete. It is a thank you for the introduction, not a commission, and £50 is the most the Renewable Energy Consumer Code allows a member to pay for a customer referral.
Your friend gets the free survey, the same team and the same guarantees, at the same price we would quote anybody else. We do not inflate a price so that we can discount it, and being recommended never changes the figure on a quote.
The only conditions are that the person is new to us, that you have told them to expect our call, and that the installation goes ahead and completes. Nobody is under any obligation at any point, and your friend can say no to us without it affecting you.

We ring them within one working day to arrange a free survey. No hard sell, and if their house is not right for what they want we tell them so.
When their installation is complete and signed off we transfer £50 to you. We keep you posted along the way.

Anyone. Existing customers, people who have had a quote from us, and people who simply know us. You do not need to have bought anything from Energy Giants yourself. This is for personal recommendations to people you know, not for canvassing or generating leads on our behalf.
Someone new to us: not an existing customer, not someone who already has an open enquiry or quote with Energy Giants, and not yourself or your own household. They must know you have passed on their details and be expecting our call. If the same person is recommended by two people, the first recommendation we receive counts.
Once the recommended person’s installation is complete and signed off, and their account is settled. We pay by bank transfer and will ask you for your details at that point. A survey or a quote on its own does not trigger the reward; the installation has to go ahead.
The same free survey, the same team and the same guarantees as anybody else, at the same price. There is no referral discount. The Renewable Energy Consumer Code sets strict conditions on discounts, including that they must be open to everyone rather than tied to how somebody came to us, and we would rather quote one honest price than run a discount that only some people can get.
You can recommend more than one person, and each completed installation earns a further £50. The payment is capped at £50 for each referral, which is the limit the Renewable Energy Consumer Code sets. If you are thinking about introducing people to us regularly or commercially, that is a lead generation arrangement rather than this offer, and it would need a written agreement and Code training first.
They are used to contact the person you have recommended about this offer and to pay your reward. They are not sold or passed to anyone else, and either of you can ask us to delete them at any time. Full details are in our privacy policy.
The offer can be withdrawn or changed for future recommendations at any time, but any recommendation already received is honoured on the terms shown when it was sent. Rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for a further discount.
